Winterfox is the brain child of ex-Go/No-Go frontman Stephen Claxton. At its heart is catchy pop songs that are stitched together with threads of alt-rock, indie pop, messy folk and alt-county. Expect quiet verses, loud choruses, driving bass and drums, lush spacious soundscapes of guitars and keys, melodic vocals and harmonies where they count.
Brian Campeau’s unique guitar playing and his haunting angelic voice made a strong impression on the Sydney live scene prior to his relocation to Melbourne in 2017. He has since been playing with Baby Velvet, the Green Mohair Suits, Brain Romance and continues to floor audiences with his own hypnotic solo music.
